Check-in : You can access your room from 3pm.
Early Check-in : Where possible, our team will be happy to give you access to your room before 3pm. If you wish to guarantee access to your room from 8am, you will be required to pay an extra 35€ when booking
Check-out : On the day of your departure, you are asked to vacate your room by 11am at the latest.
Late Check-out : Where possible, our team will be happy to let you enjoy your room until 2pm on the day of your departure. To enjoy this service, you will be required to pay an extra 35€ when booking.
Sanitary cleaning : To minimize the spread of the Covid-19, we decided to opt into a new cleaning programme. Before each arrival, all the rooms are fully cleaned and disinfected. During your stay, the housekeeping will not clean your room daily. You can call the reception to request new towels and sheets, it will be delivered in front of your door. You can also request a cleaning of the room with an additional charge of 20 euros., the room will be fully cleaned and disinfected.
Opening hours : Our team of receptionists are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will therefore be able to check-in at a time that suits you, and come and go from the hotel as you please.
Fiber WiFi Connection: In your room and in the lobby area, you will have a WiFi connection free of charge with an unlimited bandwidth.
Animals: Pets are allowed in the hotel premises. A cost of 25€ per pet will be required for ozon treatment after departure.
Luggage storage : Our luggage storage area is at your disposal free of charge, for those of you who arrive before 3pm as well as for those who wish to stroll around town for a few hours without your luggage after having checked-out.
Ironing facilities : If necessary, an iron and ironing board are at your disposal in our luggage storage room.
Map of the city : Maps of Brussels and its metro network are available free of charge from reception.
Tours of the city : You will be able to buy tickets for the different tours offered by Brussels City Tours from our receptionists. You will find all the information you need by clicking here.
Parking : The car park "Interparking Grand-Place" 2 minutes from the hotel located at the Carrefour de l'Europe located near the Central Station, which is open 24h.
